Taqiyya Deception and Lying in Islam
The Hadith makes it clear that Muslims are allowed to lie to unbelievers in order to defeat them or protect themselves.
While watching the You Tube video about the “Bozeman Trail” I realized that the US Government had been practicing Taqiyya over a hundred years ago when making treaties with the indigenous people (Indians) in this country.

I'm just a regular old white guy but it has always been embarassing to me... the way the Indians were lied to and taken advantage of by the settlers and the Govt. and they don't b***h at all compaired to other "minorities" making demands.

And I agree with you on that, I’ve visited a reservation. The rights that have been given to every Tom, Dick and Jose is disgraceful in comparison. The natives of this country honored the land and its creatures, but those of us who followed certainly don’t. AND you’re not just an old white guy. I always read your wisdom and humor.
