Ha ha ha why don’t you explain to me how this country stimulates the economy. Then tell me who sustains the economy, then explain how inflation occurs and then explain how unemployment goes up or down.
If I flunked Econ 101 I can’t wait for this answer.
Books have been written on the causes and effects of inflation and you want to be educated in a brief e-mail? Let me tell you that there are numerous causes of inflation, one main one is the devaluation and oversupply of money. Government spending is a big cause. Politicians want to deliver on their promises to constituents so they have to print more money to pay for it. Go to YouTube and watch a few lectures on inflation, preferably some by the great economist Milton Friedman or Thomas Sowell. Of course there are opposing theories on this and they are available too. You'll come out scratching your head and in the end you'll have to decide which one makes the most sense. The Fed helps control the rate of inflation by raising and lowering interest rates. The Fed is not the government. Good luck!
