No I believe it was released because of a FOIA. And it clearly shows that snake Mueller edited out the exculpatory statements made by Dowd to make President Trump look bad. It is a glaring example of what a travesty this Mueller probe was, and clearly illustrate Mueller is NOT above reproach and has NO integrity. It was a bogus appointment, all these political thugs knew there was no collusion, (they tried to orchestrate some and failed.) This fully exposes Mueller as the partisan insurance policy Page and Strzok talked about. Mueller is neck deep in this ONGOING attempted c**p.
