Why would he, the FISA court was presented with probable cause to issue warrants and they issued the warrants, done deal.

Yup he always learned about the scandals by watching the news on TV. So I am sure that he will use executive privilege if he is allowed to. They could restrict that though and make him testify but that would be like listening to the Lois Lerner testimony I'm afraid.
