It's hard to fathom what goes on in the minds of people like that (greed, massive ego, narcissism). There's roughly 57,500,000 square miles of land surface on earth. That means with 100 million people, every man, woman, and child would own roughly 368 acres. I do think they'd keep a few of us deplorables around. I mean who the heck would they get to cut their lawn?
