I was quite surprised to read this in a court document:

"Stefan Halper is a ratfucker".

To my understanding, a 'ratfucker' is the military term for someone who steals the more desirable parts of military rations and leaves the less appetizing portions untouched. Generally a 'ratfucked' ration has the sweeter things missing. The unfortunate recipient was said to have been 'ratfucked'. Reading further down the page, I see this explanation:

“Ratfucking” is a well-known political term, originated by one-time Richard Nixon campaign strategist Donald Segretti. It is a colorful and foul simile for “pulling a dirty trick.”

So, besides being someone who pilfers rations, it's also someone who engages in political dirty tricks. Interesting.

Besides all that, this woman was really put through pure hell for her association with General Flynn, and now she's been vindicated:

"The Mueller Report conclusively vindicates Plaintiff and General Flynn, and proves Halper and his associates were intentionally lying about virtually every material fact."

I hops she gets her $25,350,000.00. Should have asked for more.

As for 'the useful i***t to Putin's plan', I'm sure that there are millions of Americans just waiting with baited breath for you to reveal just what exactly that is, because he isn't letting on in any clearly understandable way and our President has been doing a stellar job of healing the outrageous damage inflicted by the previous occupant of the White House, whose name shall not be mentioned in this post, thus revealing his Presidency as one firmly focused on 'making America great again'. Pretty soon it will pivot to 'keeping America great'. Maybe you're right. Maybe that's all part of 'Putin's plan'?
