It takes time for AG Barr to go through the docs. because some of it will need to be redacted. He'll release them. Mike

Yeah, it takes time, there are truckloads of relevant materials, but declassifying official documents that do not involves on going investigations or grand jury transcripts doesn't involve redactions.

The documents in question are all those pertaining to the source, timeline and creation of the Steele dossier, FISA abuse, submitting unverified or illegally obtained evidence to secure a FISA warrant, manipulation of intelligence, private contractors access to NSA database, and leaks of classified information to the press and other unauthorized recipients. The AG may also be responding to the 8 criminal referrals sent to him by the House Intelligence Committee.

He has to put an artful spin on just the things that support wrong doing, it's hard when there is so much more that supports the reasons for a counter intelligence investigation.

And making sure to keep anything that strongly supports an investigation to stay classified and out of dem hands. Barr is looking for wrong, not anything that supports the FBI

He knew what he wanted to say ahead of time, the DOJ couldn't indict and Barr couldn't exonerate, but he did.
