Obstruction: it's all in the Mueller report. And that's just one of the obstruction attempts.

Trump obviously didn't "tell" them to do so, because they didn't do so. Lol!

If Trump told them and they did, yes, obstruction. But they didn't because he didn't.

Maybe Trump said, "I wish you would, or I hope you do." Not obstruction.

Because, from a president, if he says do something and you don't, then your ass is grass. So he didn't. It's a lie. And, not obstruction.
