I did read the report, it does NOT state that the propaganda machine was NOT put into action, only that Trump's team, while fully interested in the help Putin and Russia was offering, decided to let Russia do the dirty work and they reap the rewards WITHOUT getting their hands dirty. Perhaps you should re-read the report, It is right there in the summary, as well as in the remainder of part 1 of the report, that Russia DID attempt to help Trump win, that Trump's campaign was quite interested in that help. While I agree that Hillary made some mistakes in her campaign, her loss was not solely her fault. Read that report again, you obviously failed to understand it the first time through.

To be honest, most of her so called misdeeds are debunked conspiracy theories. Of course that doesn't prevent people from continuing to claim them. Whether she would have made a decent president or not, I can't really tell you for sure.
