You do a lot of imagining. Trump is a crook and he knows it is getting near time to pay the piper. At this juncture he is doing everything in his power to muddy the water. The reason for the FISA warrants is clear, intelligence agency’s were looking at Russian criminals and government officials and then found Trump and his people doing business with them. There was every reason to investigate Trump then and there still is.

A prosecutor doesn’t take a case before the jury until he is reasonably sure of a conviction. There is little doubt Trump has committed high crimes and misdemeanors. The highly redacted Mueller report points out 11 instances of obstruction of justice alone. At this point Trump owns half the senate and a conviction is not likely. So now the house is obligated to get the un redacted report along with all of Trumps financial records so they can present all of the evidence of his crimes and insure a conviction. This is when the Impeachment process begins. Trump is of course defying the law and withholding evidence and testimony but the courts are deciding against him every step of the way and justice will eventually be served. Oh and as an aside Judge Jeanine remains a loudmouth know nothing and the world would be a better place if she was outfitted with a ball gag.
