Interesting Opinion By Harvard Law Professor On The Supreme Court Supporting Trump's Congress Obstruction

He says that the laws are so cut and dried as to the rights of congress to get things like banking information that the supreme court would uphold lower courts by a 9-0 v**e.

I was thinking that when the appeals court gets it and upholds the court decision with it's 41 page supporting ruling, as they should, that the supreme court would simply refuse to hear the case based on perfectly sound law precedent, not to mention that Trump has absolutely no substantive ground to stand on.

The right will never get this, but the ruling that "went against Trump" was not because it was an Obama judge, it was because the law, the rule of law went that way.
