So your theory and ideology is load the Supreme Court and all lower courts with all conservative judges.
Mcconnell and the Republican held Senate blocked over 86 appointees of Obama to the lower courts over the last 1 1/2 of his administration which is unprecedented in American History. But as soon as Trump got elected within two months McConnell and his Republican held approved 98 lower court judges. Not to mention McConnell and republicans blocked a Supreme Court appointees for 16 months. Refused to even hold hearing or committee members to vet this appointees.
So to make a stupid ignorant statement that the Democratic theory and ideology is just plain ignorant and have no clue as to what the republicans are doing. When in fact that’s exactly what McConnell is doing.

In the history of this country a total of 168 lower court judges were filibustered 82 were filibustered under Obama. So get control of your stupidity.
