That pretty much says it all so I am hoping for some really good spankings to come of the Barr inquiry. If, for nothing else, the sake of the FBI.

This is the same reason that a Grand Jury in Arizona can indict a ham sandwich. I Served on a Grand Jury in 2011 and we were presented with evidence from prosecutors and law enforcement. There is no one to tell the other side of the story. They want the person convicted and in prison. It's basically it's a waste of time because you, as a juror, have nothing to compare the evidence against. So indictments are merely taking the word of the prosecution and affirming it. Why bother, it means nothing. Unless a panel pulls a jury nullification the indictment is a done deal. I'm convinced the FISA Court works the exact same way.
