Yep!
You are delusional markc.
"Congress is issuing a subpoena to former WH Counsel, Don McGahn.
Former White House Counsel Don McGahn had already testified for 30 hours at the Mueller investigation.
But the results of the Mueller investigation, did not favor the democrats. The democrats' goal from the beginning was preventing candidate Trump to win.
But he won, duly elected by the people 63 million v**es, with an a majority E*******l College V**es of 304. The Dems want to IMPEACH him. To do this, DEMOCRATS want to repeat their own investigation to find the president's fault. .
The 2.5 years of the Mueller investigating which was predicated as a h**x, a fabricated Dossier, paid for by Hillary Clinton. The FISA warrant unverified was used to surveil the Trump campaign and presidency. The greatest political assaults to an innocent sitting president in history. Democrats' goal is impeachment.
Spent almost $40 million peoples' money, for this democrat h**x, under 2.5 years of grueling scrutiny, 19 democrat donor Jurists, 41 FBI agents, 500 witnesses, 1.6 million documents furnished by the WH, 1,500 subpoenas. All those involved in the investigation had analyzed and verified in detail each of the processes involved.
Mueller report.
President Trump was found innocent on all counts. No Collusion; No obstruction.
Complete Mueller 40 pages of the report was delivered to the DOJ. DOJ prepared summary based on the Mueller Report, and submitted to Congress. 99% of the Mueller Report was on the Summary. Due to legal constraint, the law does not allow the classified 1% Juries conclusion to be disclosed. Congress demands from DOJ to submit the 100%. No it could not be done. DOJ will be violating the law.
Still Congress got copy of the Mueller Report from all sources, they are available. They must not demand from DOJ further. DOJ followed the protocol of his duties.
Congress has gone beyond its power, encroaching at the Executive Branch. The DOJ, under the Executive Br. has the right to defend the executive office. We have 3 balance of powers. Congress has used several means of harassments, assaults, and intimidations to prosecute the Executive Branch. That could not happen.
Their threats of impeachment of the president and the DOJ, is beyond justification.
I suggest to bring the matter to the Supreme Court for the final verdict." - Radiance
