Bombshell: Biden Says Second Amendment Doesn't Mean You're "Entitled" to Own a Gun
[quote=fullspinzoo]Whaaaaaaat?? I guess Biden has a different interpretation of the 2nd Amendment than most people.
https://f**gandcross.com/bombshell-biden-says-second-amendment-doesnt-mean-youre-entitled-to-own-a-gun/ Here come the gaffes, folks. Are you ready?[Guess what, Biden is 100% correct, the second amendment doesn’t say everyone is entitled to own a gun and he has decades of history to back him up. Children, felons, people dishonorably discharged from the military, wife beaters, those adjudicated insane or a threat to themselves and others, narcotic abusers and others have no right to own firearms and this has been tested in the courts.
The right to v**e should be leagally tied to the right to own a firearm.
I have a copy of a court decision from the Library of Congress,
http://www.lccn.loc.gov/96190993The Dick Act of 1902
Can't be repealed, (Gun Control Forbidden) - Protection from Tyrannical Government.
The Dick Act of 1902 also called the Efficiency of Milita Act invalidates all "So Called" Gun Control laws.
Every able bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45 are REQUIRED to own at least one firearm.
This Act CANNOT be repealed, and if it is, those doing so go to prison and suffer the pains of "Treason".
House Bill H46.b12, 1902.... Look it up.
The founding fathers knew all to well that i**********n against the "Organic united States" could and probably would happen at the highest levels in Congress. As it has.
Ask your state Police, Are they a Constitutional Policeman..??
Ask your country Sheriff (the only real LAW ENFORCEMENT), are they a Constitutional Sheriff..??
City police are like gnats, just there to harass you and bother you, they are basically "Paid Mercanaries"...
Think I'm lying...?? Check it out for yourself.
Amendment II
A well regulated m*****a, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
In the 2008 case District of Columbia v. Heller, the Supreme Court held that the "Second Amendment protects an individual right to possess a firearm unconnected with service in a m*****a, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home."

Old Argument of nothing constructive...
Yes, it has been tested at the Supreme Court level and the conclusion is ~~
“Every free man” has the right to bear arms..
Defining exceptions based on tested results of the courts which causes limitations to some because of their action, is completely different..Without those exceptions, every free man has the right to bear arms..
Each of these decisions deals with the Second Amendment (which is a part of the Bill of Rights), the right to keep and bear arms, the Commerce Clause, or federal firearms laws....
Have a look you may learn a little..
