Sorry that I missed the first Academy Awards ceremony I bet that was a winner. I was around for the Barbara Walters retirement from ABC and "The View" and in my opinion they should retire The View.

Could some one please tell me if the "no cash" stores can legally not accept cash? On our money it says "This note is legal tender for all debts public and private." I thought that meant if a business refuses your cash, they have given up their right to sue for payment, since you would likely pay that in legal tender as well. Can they really require me to get a credit card or a smart phone? Wow!
