How Criminals Get Through Gun Control Laws


So, we have some disturbing news for everyone who believes in the almighty power of big-daddy government — there are some people that really couldn’t care less what the law says.

Most of these people are relatively benign. There are drivers who roll through stop signs without coming to a complete stop (you know who you are). There are people who partake in certain substances at rock concerts (substances that are still mostly illegal). There are even people who cross the street in areas that you’re not supposed to.

Believe it or not, some people just can’t be bothered.

Unfortunately, there is a faction of this group that is truly dangerous — and seeing a “gun free zone” sign will do absolutely nothing to stop their plans to commit further crimes.

This isn’t to say that there isn’t a place for law and order in our society. There is. But we can’t kid ourselves into believing that it is the end-all-be-all of correcting human behavior. These are cultural problems that require cultural solutions. Government simply can’t replace that.

Good post the government has never figured out that criminals are not bothered by the laws we pass, that's why we call them criminals.
I mentioned to a friend in another state ware its hard to get a concealed Cary permit , that my state allows concealed Cary without a permit. His reply was that's insane and I responded with why criminals have done it for 200 years!

I've never understood these i***ts who put up these signs. A "gun free zone" sign is an engraved invitation to a criminal with a gun. In every case of mass k*****gs a good guy with a gun could have
prevented it, or at least diminished the damage. I would ask all the politicians and wealthy anti-gun dopes why they think they are so important that they have ARMED body guards?

I have a friend who has a storage lot and a night watchman. He has a sign up that says GUN FREE ZONE. When thieves try to come in to steal his goods they are cornered by 3 Belgain Malinois and 2 Presa de Canario. These are two of the breeds most often used for sentry duty and will attack to k**l. His, however, just herd the trespassers into the well lit area which triggers an alarm. the dogs circle the trespasser until the cops get there. Must be fun to watch. Bet the criminals have skid marks and damp spots in their underwear.
