That's not strange, your life's element might be water. (I do not believe n horrorscopes, but I do believe in Astrology regarding the place of the sun, moon, and stars, at the time of our birth. I don't worship them)
My element is water, and the sound of water is very peaceful and tranquil to me. I used to fall sleep with the sound of the water in my aquarium. At times I have an electric ceramic waterfall on my night stand to fall asleep to.
I can stay in the water all day swimming and floating, finding that peace and tranquility. Just who and how we are.

Water has been the same for me. I drowned when I was seven. Obviously I was revived. But it was the single most loving and wonderful experience in my life. Everyone (my extended family) noticed the differences in me afterwards. I was too shy to tell them what happened: that Jesus is the sun and we are the water of this planet. It wasn't exactly in those words then, no concept clearly formed, yet it was there from that incident. The two elements that make for Life, but only in cooperation.

EVERY day is a good day. SOME days are extraordinary! This might be one. I just made it possible by taking in your words and the responses above! Thanks for the uplifting!

Thank you. Love hearing your comments. I have not had a bad day in thirty years. Bad moments and extended moments of bad, yes, but not an entire day. Somehow graced with optimism and gratitude. I like life, almost everything about it. I do not always see it as an adventure but even then there remains this resilient mixture of curiosity and wonder that keeps me buoyant or at least not completely under water.

I say that about Astrology due to the fact that when the infant is born, the gravitation pull from the position of the Sun, the Moon, and Stars, has an effect on the water placement in the infant brain, effecting what becomes their character traits as they grow. A persons personality will be effected by conditioning, but the original and initial character traits of a person are more solid.
There were "Two" reasons for the very large Star in the sky when Jesus was born: 1. to show the place of our Lords birth, 2. because Jesus was "in balance" in every aspect of his person, heart, soul, 'of mind, and perfect character' as he was born 'human'.

Life indeed is a wonderful, amazing, phenomennon. Nothing is more fun even healthy than a smile or a good laugh. However, life with all of its goodness and joy, smiles, laughter; life also has sadness.

Living in the country is awesome. Even though the countryside is being slowly but surely taken oven by new mansions, brick, concrete, and asphalt there are a few beautiful open spaces.

Mankind was and still is it seems to be one of the most evil creatures that no longer roams but drives through our beautiful contryside. Man can be tracked very easy not just because of the paved trails now called roads, but by the trash, beer cans, bottles, broken television sets, tires, discarded computers, and even used baby diapers. Take a drive and see beauty in its finest.

Man can be tracked by an even more vile, cruel, cowardly, and inhumane method. Those who are so uncaring, cheap, lazy, please add the lowest name to this list you can think of.

Five of the sweetest Yorky mixed dogs of different ages were dropped off on a dark, dark country road. Shivering in the cool, better stated cold evening after a rain that made the tall grass on the side of the road wet which in turn soaaked the little dogs to the bone.

Being a red neck country person, I was on a mission of mercy to pick up a couple of young people who I had taken to the emergency room at the local hospital. I came upon these poor little creatures, their eyes blazing in the headlights of my truck.

Luckly another redneck country lady was coming the other way. I blinked my headlights from high to low to warn her of the scene she was about to encounter. I turned around at the first place I could find, and there she was, out in a drizzling rain, with a small LED flashlight trying to round up the poor little herd.

I helped her, we caught two, two others were on the side barking as they were so fearful of strangers. I was in a fix. I had people who had been at the emergency room for four hours plus, needing a ride home; and a lady on a dark dark country road by herself trying to rescue three more Yorkys.

I called my redneck wife and she came to take my place in helping our redneck neighbor capture what must have been a terrible burden to someone who dumped them on a normaly beautiful country rode. Only now it was dark, trash littered, along with five soaking wet crying, barking shivering beautiful little dogs.

Long story short. Got to the hospital, got the young people home safely. Rushed back the twelve milesto the tragic location. Nothing, no one was there, I drove slow not knowing if all the pups were caught, scattered, nothing. I dove the next two miles to our redneck home. Low and behold the lights were on outside, I knew there would be news, not knowing if it would be good or bad.

Those two redneck ladies, plus another redneck teenager who came driving upon the scene while I was gone were able to round up all the little doggies. They spent the night in our redneck barn.

This afternoon after Church, they all got a bath and combed. Fed to the full. Tomorrow it's nail trimming time, tuesday, they go to the vet.

Not being a vindictive redneck, I sure I say son I sure would like to run into the person or persons that did this cowardly act to these poor innocent creatures.

Some will get a laugh out of this useless post, some will say, man thats a shame. Please whoever reads this, please say and mean it; I WILL Never TREAT AN INNOCENT ANIMAL LIKE THIS. PLEASE!!!

Thanks for the memories of all the unwanted animals that found their way to our door.

The oddest looking dog I had ever seen, who turned out to be an expensive Pembroke Corgi. Several years later our vet found the original owner who said the dog had just disappeared. We got to keep him.

The little white dog who carried in a little black kitten. And several more kittens who found us, and brought joy with them.

I haven't thought about her in a while but I knew a woman who, within a few minutes, could tell the Zodiac sign of any person she had just met. She was always on.

Although I don't follow horoscopes, I do believe the placement of the planets also have an effect. (Never thought of the influence on the water n the brain.) Thanks.

I am a Gemini (air) and my saving grace is in the planetary placement as my ascending sign is Virgo which keeps me centered. Due to this combination I have been able to spend my life in two main fields: dancing professionally and technical writing. I consider myself fortunate as I believe I have the best of both worlds.

I do enjoy both listening to and being in the rain and, although I enjoy watching it, I will never swim in the ocean. I like to be able to have my feet on the something solid.
