Unless I misconstrue your point, it appears you wish to apply this to Trump's tax returns, his personal finances. Well, that is not what this says. It says "federal programs" which are to be "administered properly". What exactly were you addressing in this thread on Trump and C*****e C****e?

If "Kongress" finds that Trump so much as removed a mattress tag at any point in his life they would have solid grounds for impeachment.
They are trying to do what Mueller had not: Remove Trump from office.
