Not one of the more than 20 candidates for the Democratic Party’s p**********l nomination in 2020 tweeted this past weekend about the nearly 700 rockets that Palestinian terrorists in Gaza launched against Israel over two days.

But in the nearly two days since the Palestinian attacks started, k*****g four Israelis, not one Democrat saw fit to comment on social media about the subject — and there are scant signs any commented elsewhere.

However, more than half a dozen did tweet Ramadan wishes at the start of the annual Muslim holy month.

How about some prayers for the Israelis? The Palestinian terror group Hamas in Gaza is the instigator here, and the Islamic Regime of Iran is supporting them with proxy funds, arms, and military advisors.

Your hopes for a lasting peace, while admirable and surely well intentioned, is not exactly based on a realistic view of the situation.

We give Isreal 4 billion a year and the best weaponry money can by. How many Israelis did the Palestinians k**l and how many Palestinians are the Israelis going to k**l in return? I think what Hezbollah is doing is terrible but what Isreal has done and is doing in retaliation is equally horrid. Isreal is a thief who has come in the night and we are supposed to be outraged because the Palestinians don't like it. Sorry, you cons have enough outrage for both of us--you don't need any from Democrats...

As long as Isreal thinks they can steal land from the Palestinians then there will never be peace. Pray all you like but until the US stop enabling the Israelis with both money and guns they will continue to take what they want and the Palestinians will continue to fight back in the only ways they know how...

You really need a hefty overdose of reality. Do you actually believe that the Jews stole the land from Palestinians? Good grief, that is an established anti-Semitic propaganda meme. I meant to include Israel and Palestine in my prayer... The lines deleted...

It should have read:
My prayers for the people of Gaza...
And for Israel and Palestine..
And for all of the innocents...

I agree that peace is unlikely...
But that is one of the reasons I pray...

While I agree that Israel is not always innocent... I would point out that Israel has returned land several times after conflicts...

I would also point out that the US has sold/ provided weapons to many of Israel's enemies as well...
