Just how long does the mother have, to decide? I have a 39 year old child living in my detached garage... is that too long?
I guess the doctor could do nothing and watch the child die. He could argue that he did nothing to harm the child... In some sick way he could reason that he didn't betray his Hippocratic Oath of doing "No Harm"
He did "No Harm"... just watched as the infant suffered and died.
What would happen to another hospital staff at the birth, if they stepped in and saved the baby. Could they be charged by the mother or doctor in court for going against their decision?

I should not talk. I did have one Disney trinket that I valued. I must have been 3 or 4 years old when one of my Motrher's best friends got married and they needed a ring bearer. My older brother was the first choice, but he was off the wall bat crap crazy and they could not make him do it. I was at that robotic age where I did what I was told. Too young to be scared of being in front of a large group of people. I have no memory, but I must have been great. Anyway I received a Mickey Mouse Watch with a red band. It was my p***e and joy. If I still had it I am told I would be somewhat rich.
Unfortunately my older bat crap crazy brother following his pattern of destroying any toy that I got that was better than anything he had, got a hold of it, wound it up until it broke, and it disappeared from my universe. Maybe that was what started my dislike of Disney stuff.
