Capitalism Versus Socialism All Backwards...Cost Of Drugs To The Government

I was going to provide a link to an article in the Hill or DML but lost it, but can relate the gist of my point...

Florida's governor is willing or going to sign legislation that allows the state to buy drugs from Canada at a much lower price. Of course the GOP is freaking out, and is running the most i***tic and backward rhetoric possible...

This is in their view socialism at it's worst. Here's where people have a chance to show that they can use their brains and call BS what it is when they see it. Pharmaceutical companies being allowed to continue to charge wh**ever ridiculous prices they want is the opposite of socialism. Government being forced to pay their prices without being able to negotiate is the opposite of capitalism and free enterprise, it is giving drug companies a handout.

The GOP is used to being able to put rhetorical labels on their BS and their base accepts it without thinking about what they are saying.

Please tell me if buying cheaper drugs from Canadian distributors is socialism and how that is, because this is what republicans who want to protect US drug companies are calling it. I say this is the definition of capitalism and free market business.

This would be a good move by the Florida governor because the cost of drugs is unconscionably high. Thank big phama and their lobbyists.

Why didn't the democrats take care of this when they had the chance? Its a huge fail on their part as well. But their base accepts wh**ever they're told like good little serfs and only complain when the republicans fail to deliver. (and vice versa)

Did I miss anything? lol
