All State Dept employees are formally briefed having to watch a video on the storage, handling and dissemination of classified information, the do’s and don’ts, the violations, the penalties all must certify they understand the rules, regulations, and penalties by signing a MOU which is kept on file by the security officer. NO ONE IS EXEMPT! NO ONE CAN BE EXCUSED FROM THE BRIEFING! She understood the rules, the laws, the offenses and the penalties and said: “the hell with this, I am God and I will do as I damn well please.” She was exonerated by the kangaroo deep state Hillary loyalists.
