In the first place if you’re in prison you have obviously used very bad judgment in perpetrating a crime. In the second place if you’re in prison you’re vulnerable to having your v**e decided for you or else. A person who’s committed a crime even knowing it was wrong certainly should not be allowed to elect a government official, President, Senator, Mayor or wh**ever else.
