It would just be a bunch of loaded questions design to get him to implicate Trump in something. Remember the Constitution does not give Congress any direct oversight authority over the Executive Branch. Mueller was only required by law to give his report to the AG.

I think he should. I have a feeling he does not want to. If he gets in front of them, I think he will refuse to answer many of their questions, which will be a laugh r**t. He is their last hope, their hero. If he fails to give them Trump's head on a platter, they will turn on him like they did on Barr. That will be amazingly amusing.
