Anything that is not a legal issue should not be in Mueller's report. Of course the reality is that Mueller did play politics which the Democrats will use to attack trump.

EXACTLY ~ Rumbling were that Mueller allowed Weissmann to write most of the "Story" & as I posted about 3 wks ago that surely Muller would leave a lot of innuendos & some "red meat" for the Dems & media to extend their future investigations into infinity ~ Mueller & Weissmann both have left dirty, bloody trails of abuse in most of their past "alleged investigations" ~ No one can say they didn't try with their midnight door-kick raids & solitary confinements to scare off any potential pro-Trump witnesses, but there was "no there there" ~~ Even crooked Strzok admitted this at the "starting line".
The Dems[now socialist] & f**e news are screaming for more - more - more, now that they have labeled AG Barr a Trump "pet boy"; however, AG Barr didn't have to give them anything other than a "Post It Note" with "No Collusion" written on it.
This was the most biased anti-Trump bunch of legal gangsters that Taxpayer's millions could assemble ~ However, money is no object when it's and attempted diversion from the most unbelievable C**p D'Etat ever in America ~ Didn't work though and it will further create more of an extension of wasted time & money, while allowing the Dems to forget about what they are actually suppose to be doing in DC with their "get Trump maniacal obsessions!!
