Some caravan People moved into the building across the street who have no way to support themselves.
They order Chinese food and pizza every night but don't look for work.An aid society got them into the apt.
They literally stand around in front all day. They do not speak English and keep staring at the mailman and the parking officer as if they are civil.guerrillas. They attract homeless people drinking beer on the sidewalk.
Their kids run around after ten o clock and only go to school a couple days a week.

my last apt was 60 units and me and one other guy were the only single occupants. The landlord raised the rent 50 a year because he can get a $1000 under the table for renting to technically one person while five people live in that space.
When I moved out only me and three other people on the whole complex actually went out and worked every day.
Everyone else was living in the (not) cheap apartments. Collecting entitlements and watching the kids all day.
The mailman told me once he h**ed our building because it was 3x the mail of that size building and about five different names of mail for each actual renter name.
