I am now in my 70's.
Recently I received a questionnaire and request for money from the Republican Party and strongly agree with every question, as I have ever since Obama was elected.
Unfortunately, the one question that was missing is:
What have the Republicans done for the American people?
We gave you a majority in the House and Senate, and you never listened to us.
Now you want our money, my money, more money. You should be more concerned about our v**es, not our money.
You are the establishment which means all you want is to save your jobs and line your pockets. Well guess what? It's not going to happen.
So far, TRUMP hasn't asked for a dime.
You might think we are fools because you feel Trump is on a self-destruct course but look beyond Washington and listen to the masses. Nobody has achieved what he has, especially in the state of New York.
Here's why I wanted Trump. Yes, he's a bit of an ass; yes, he's an egomaniac; but I don't care.
The country is a mess because politicians suck.
The Republican Party is two-faced and gutless, and i******s are everywhere. I want it all fixed!
I don't care that Trump is crude. I don't care that he insults people. I don't care that he has changed positions. I don't care that he's been married 3 times.
I don't care that he fights with Megan Kelly and Rosé O'Donnell. I don't care that he doesn't know the name of some Muslim terrorist.
Our country has become weak, and bankrupt. Our enemies are making fun of us. We are being invaded by illegal's. We are becoming a nation of victims where every Tom, Ricardo and H u s a in is a group with special rights to a point where we don't even recognize the country we were born and raised in, "AND I JUST WANT IT FIXED."

And Trump is the only guy who seems to understand what We The People want and need.

I'm s**k of politicians, s**k of the Democrat Party, the Republican Party, and s**k of i******s. I just want this thing fixed!

Trump may not be a saint, but he doesn't have lobbyist money controlling him; he doesn't have political correctness restraining him; all you know is that he has been very successful; a good negotiator; he has built a lot of things; and, he's also not a politician.

I don't care if the guy has bad hair, and like John Bennett said, "sometimes a country needs a Mother Teresa and sometimes it needs a Dirty Harry.”

Oh, and by the way, I don't care if Sheriff Joe didn't obey a zealot judge he upheld the law on i*****l i*********n. So, I'm glad Trump pardoned him.

Hope it goes to everyone too. It's how an awful lot of us feel. Sure wish some politicians never got elected or that we could get rid of them now and let President Trump do his job (unlike most politicians of today) We desperately need the wall and to be rid of those who are trying to stop it from being built. We do not need or want one more ILLEGAL entering this country. We need The Pelosi's to start following the law and doing the will of the people instead of thinking she's queen. We NEED to save America NOW!!

Why do you think it was a landslide e******n after being r****d from 1993-2016? With all of its problems, I still like to say America, my country. So I v**ed for the only man who could keep it that way. With Clinton, we'd have been in a war with Russia long ago.
I'm glad Dick Ivey didn't say "leaders in Washington." They haven't led anything for a very long time, either side.

Well said and on target. I am extremely pissed at the Republican party too. They had the best opportunity in the world to rectify and or change things when they had both houses, but did they do anything. Yes, sit on their duffs, played politics, collect money so they could stay in office. It's amazing how well most politicians lie when running for office. Just elect me and l am going to help you and the country. After getting elected, what happened. Do they go through some sort of brain washing school or what? Everything changes. The people are now forgotten and they immediately start acting as if they are the lords and we are the subjects. They have known from the beginning of the Obama era the the left has pushed for socialism and the Repulicans have let them do it. Where the hell is their backbone. They have played defense for years now and let the left run all over them. Trump is about by the only one on the offense. He needs some help. No, l don't contribute to the Republican party anymore either and won't until l see some changes.

You have the problem described perfectly.. The Republican Party. Has let the people that v**ed for them down. They are self serving and notthinking of the peopl that they represent. It is time to clean Republican house and senate candidates of all rhinos and do nothings. They should be behind the president 100%.

True! The other thing that bothers me is, if they have all this time to rant and rave about Trump, just when in the hell do they have time to govern. That being said, I would think that we could do with a lot less politicians and save taxpayers a lot of money.

Maybe we should start making some real cuts to day the congress and then start making cuts in many more areas of spending that are not making any sense for America to be making. Why are giving foreign aid to countries that want to destroy us for example.

Politics! You would probably be surprised as to how many pockets are filled behind the scenes while piling our tax dollars into these countries. As the saying goes " follow the money".
