A 42% drop in a******ns, this should be copied in every state.

This should be favored by those who want women to maintain the right to plan their families, those who wish to reduce the need for a******n and fiscal conservatives. The only people it won’t please is the forced motherhood crowd.

This will be quite the conundrum for many here. For an example, they will claim this free birth control program is state-sponsored illicit sex, just as they have voiced their objections to free condoms as promoting promiscuity. On the other hand, "babies" won't be murdered; that should be a good thing. It will be interesting to see the reactions.

Texas was having very good success with education and free condoms statistically reducing unwanted teenage pregnancies. The religious right needs to get their priority act together and conclude that education and birth control is a far lesser evil than "k*****g babies".

Please explain why a drop in a******ns is a positive thing in your perspective?

If a 42% drop is a good thing, wouldn't a 100% drop be the ultimate?

You mean its favored by the pro a******n crowd. It can’t be sugarcoated by calling it something else.

I have no issue with passing out free birth control. The issue I have is with the easy acceptance of the growing amorality in society.

Typical bait and switch. The left causes the problem and when the tide turns tries to take credit for that too.

100% is medieval dark age crap, do you even support the idea of healthcare plans paying for birth control?

So you three admit that a******n is evil! I'm glad ya'll finally fess up. Though I agree with using any means legal to help stop unwanted pregnancies is a good thing. Mike

Fantastic. What we who are opposed to a******ns have been saying all along. The terms, Pro Life and Pro Choice imply am either/or. But we who are opposed to a******n are in favor of a woman's right to choose whether or not to have a baby. Once the choice is made, she should not be able to changed her mind when it is an innocent life which would pay the price by being sacrificed. Only rape victims have been denied the right to choose by their rapists. Rape crimes should have a far higher penalty as their crime has long lasting effects and multiple victims beyond the woman alone. But any woman not raped, made her choice when she chose to allow herself to get pregnant by not preventing pregnancy. NO ONE forces a woman to have a baby!!! Having an a******n is changing your mind AFTER an innocent life is on the line.

Medieval dark ages stuff is denying the scientific fact that a human life begins at conception.

I suppose you believe it is enlightened and modern to allow infanticide.

No, I don’t at all condone my health insurance premium money be used to k**l innocent living human beings. Apparently, you do. A******ns have nothing at all to do with “healthcare.” Doctors swear oaths to do no harm.

Now, answer my questions.
