This is the first time I've actually read an account like the one you linked, but I've known for a long time that the UN's own version of the deep state has been working toward something like this.

While globalism would reach fruition in the U.N. being the core of a world government, these deep staters, or entrenched career U.N. bureaucrats would enjoy increased power within their own fiefdoms.

Of all the countries on the planet, the United States presents the greatest challenge to these peoples' ambitions because of our Constitution, our wealth and our military might. In order to be brought to heel, we have to be politically divided to extreme degrees, our history and culture relegated to minor footnotes and our economy reduced to that of some banana republic, the dollar not even a factor among world currencies.

The latter was one of the ambitions George Soros stated he had for the U.S. in an old interview that can be found on YouTube and which I recall someone linked here at OPP a few months ago.

This surreptitious resettlement program really should worry any American ("progressives" excluded, as the more of their posts I read and the more I see and hear from "progressive" politicians, the more evident it becomes that while they really are useful i***ts to those wishing America to fall, they are also useless fools where preserving and protecting our great nation is concerned. They:d give it away on general principal, because they believe hating or, at the very least blaming America for all the world's ills makes them somehow sophisticated).

It's good that we have a POTUS right now who is both unintimidated by and unafraid to stand up to the U.N.

Let us hope he and his people are on this and looking into ways to bring it to a halt.
