Only after we cut off all federal monies going to those "cities." Then.... yes, they want them so badly, let them take care of them for the rest of their lives!

The best thing to do is obvious, put them together with family that are here so their stay is as successful as possible and they are easier to keep track of. Or send them to communities that will easily absorb new people.
