Interesting...the Bushes are a Trilateral Commission family, and when Dubya and his Mexican and Canadian counterparts were busy trying to foidt the SPP ("Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" -- a stealth attempt to form a North American Union) the CFR were the only attendees of their meetings other than the three principals and each country's "captains of industry."

Interesting discussion here, Seth and Smedley. I sometimes get a really good history lesson from reading here

I agree!! After WWII we became the world's police. We also have the dreadful trade deals the President is trying to fix because presidents from LBJ through BHO never bothered to change the trade agreements we made when Europe was decimated after WWII and China was basically a 3rd world country. I've also been thinking about Japan lately. Has anyone else noticed we NEVER hear anything about Japan anymore. I bet they're in trouble over there.
Oh, and the ME? The US set up all of their oil drilling and other modern infrastructures over there in the 60s. Then they dorked us in the mid 70s and beyond. Ok, I'm done...

America would seem to have been used as a sort of commodity by the rest of the world over the last century, and now the "world community" has another use for us, one the g*******ts know we won't like, so the left has gone into overdrive to soften us up, using the Democratic Party as the hangman.

As I said, "sinister."

The more I hear, the more I shake my head and wonder just WTH has happened to the Democratic party. I guess they're still "for the people". Just not the AMERICAN people. Is no one in New York outraged that THEIR money is being appropriated for I*****L A***NS in the millions while being stingy with American verterans' families? And everyone just stands there and puts up with it.

What happened to the Democratic Party? Bill and Hillary.

Californians want to break away from the Union. I would v**e for that, making
it it's own country. I think New York should go the same route.

There are parts of California that want to break away from California. I would v**e for that. I have it on good authority that there are numerous well hidden enclaves of Conservatives and non Liberals hidden in the Mojave desert and the Cascade Range. Let the Coast of SoCal become a separate nation. That way when the big one hits it will be a foreign country that slides into the ocean. Until then, we can all play like we're snooty and watch foreign films. (Except for those filmed in AZ and GA and other places still in the Union.)

Agreed, promilitary. California, or the crazy liberal portion, is more than welcome to secede as far as I'm concerned. Of course if they do, the Democrats will never win another p**********l e******n unless they change their ways. Oh, wait, THAT'S a win/win!
