With all our wealth and expertise in nutrition would you think
someone could at least come up with a healthy school menu.
One that most kids would actually eat.

Unfortunately, it is not only what kids eat but what is in our food, The cheaper the food usually the poorer the quality. With women in the workforce, fast food options are a regular base for many children. They have large deposits of calories with very little nutrition, which often leads kids being more hungry and craving more sugar and salt. They're running on a deficit, they can't think or retain well, are tired and lack energy. They are our future shouldn't we make sure they have the best start. Coming up with a healthy menu is what Michell tried to promote, what each school does is up to their discretion.

Opioids is a serious problem, but cancer has dramatically increased, I recall in high school it was one in ten, now it has risen to one in three, working towards a 1 to 2 ratio, that's alarming. Alot of it has to do with the poor job the F and D administration is doing, allowing harmful additives, pesticides and toxins, not to mention GMO's
