I registered Republican 46 years ago,and remained there to v**e the primaries.
I'm Anglo,so he declared me a white nationalist. Being Jewish,he shook his head as if I'd just told him I was a child molester.

Identity politics is shattering this country. He's known me for 5 or 6 years...breakfast most Saturdays together. I have the keys to his house if he needs handy-man work,and in the blink of an eye, I became the "enemy".
I'll add He's 20 years younger than I ,but he's a pretty smart guy. I'm keeping my mouth shut from here forward.
