But tbe 9th Circuit does seem to be more interested inactivism than law...
And I have yet to see an admittance of faulty reasoning when their decisions are overturned by the SCOTUS...

The Ninth is the second most overturned Circuit. More than 80% of it's decisions do not survive review by the SCOTUS. In the case of the Ninth, it is not the quantity, but the quality of their bulls**t, politically motivated, legislate from the bench decisions that are important. They don't even try to maintain a facade of impartiality any more. Their sole purpose appears to be monkey wrenching any attempt to gain some control over the flood of i******s coming into this country. They render these decisions knowing they are unconstitutional, but secure in the knowledge that they will stand until the SCOTUS gets time to reverse them. Why do you think they are the pro-wetback faction's "go to" Court when they want a decision that is favorable to i******s and screws US citizens?

When did a circuit judge become a co-equal branch of government able to tell the President, SCOTUS, or Congress what they can and can't do? Not his purview. If he can't tell Congress or the SCOTUS what they can and can't do, how does he/she get away with telling the President what he can and can't do? Looks like he/she is violating all three branches duties and responsibilities. Maybe someone can enlighten me. When did the SCOTUS delegate their responsibilities to a circuit court judge?
