Not really. Wait until the really important stuff comes up on the docket. Then we will know for sure. Remember, Roberts has sided several times with the liberals on the court. This is nothing new that we haven't already seen from him. Kavanaugh, on the other hand, is more conservative when it comes to Big Government overreach and administrative law. We've yet to see where he stands on many issues because he has been on the Court less than six months. This is good for the Republic and good for our civil liberties. So far, I don't interpret this as partisanship by Kavanaugh. It also makes all those Senators and others who opposed him, claiming he didn't have the temperament to be a SCOTUS Justice, look foolish in hindsight; It's Deja Vu all over again. Patience Grasshopper!

There is no way in hell he would pick someone simply because they were the best person for the job. People like you never would have let him live it down and it's your approval that he lives and breaths for...not doing a good job...
