Exactly! When an invasion at the border becomes uncontrollable, you do what you have to to maintain control. Even if it means closing the border.
I guess Kevyn thinks that Trump's presidency should not respond to the dynamic changes in events. But that's what you want in a good president. And Trump is the master of changing the variables in ongoing developments.
Kevyn, you need to have more faith in Trump. He'll come out on top. Again.
Just like he promised during his campaign, we'll get tired of winning. This is borne out most recently by Mueller's nothingburger investigation results. Promises made, promises kept.

Do you know anything about sports or chess or any type of creating strategy that will force your opponent to make a mistake. Just take football. Do you think Coach Bellichek is going to tell his opponents what play he is going to run? If you do, you might be trying to get on the wrong field.
Marketers tell their customers what they are selling in order for them to buy.
Men in charge of National Security, do not tell the opponents/border jumpers where the weak points are.
Creating uncertainty for the illegal border jumper is one of many strategies.

Clearly this guy Kevyn has very little clue about world policy. We need to bring troops home from all around the globe. We aren’t the worlds police force or at least shouldn’t be. Most wars are never about protecting America
