Trump doesn't know where his father was born or that Puerto Rico is part of the United States
I would love to hear the spin that excuses these ridiculous "mistakes," something that does not make him look unhinged and stupid. (He has claimed four times his father was born in Germany: a lie. Fred Trump's father, Friedrich Trump, was born in Germany and later emigrated to the U.S. in 1885 at the age of 16. He doesn't know the difference between the two?)
But curious that he picks Germany for his father's phony birth place; he would have lived during whose reign? And the Brown People of Puerto Rico "only take from USA...." Dang foreigners! Then this: "91 Billion Dollars to Puerto Rico, and now the Dems want to give them more, taking dollars away from our Farmers and so many others. Disgraceful!" (Trump took away dollars from the farmers with the tariffs but, hey blame the Puerto Ricans.)
About $11 billion has been sent to the island so far — far less than the more than $120 billion the federal government has spent (and continues to spend) in response to 2005’s Hurricane Katrina. The $91 billion figure Trump cited refers to the estimated cost of Puerto Rico’s recovery over a period spanning decades. 91 billion not a lie, exactly, but deceptive in that he uses the figure as money already spent and proving the "the politicians (of Puerto Rico) are incompetent or corrupt."

How does that answer what Trump did? Or is it you can't answer what Trump did so you deflect to Obama? Or are you implying Trump and Obama think alike?

People say stupid things. Obama said more than his share. So? Who here could stand up to the daily pressure any president has to and never say something dumb?

Say something dumb four times about where your father was born? How could anyone get it wrong the first time? Okay, a first time, but who could repeat it three more times? You do not find that exceptionally odd and troubling? Would you make that mistake, or make it more than once?
Not knowing Puerto Rico is part of the United States? Basic civics. Honestly, would you expect anyone that had graduated HS and college and lived in America for 7 decades not to know Puerto Rico was part of the United States? It is extremely difficult to contemplate such ignorance.

But he makes it a habit. Google his gross misunderstandings. Legendary, and that is not like his constant hyperbole but plain fact. Whoever else did it is not the point; that he did it and it can be proven should concern you and not look to deflect to Obama or anyone. Hold him accountable! Why won't you guys do that? If you were still a child, tell your mom stealing from the cookie jar doesn't matter because your sister did it first. And she stole more cookies! What would she say?

Does everyone have to be as vociferous as you with their displeasure? Do you pay as much attention to politicians you like?
