In both cases it is following the law, if you don’t like it, elect people who do away with the need for fishing licenses and change i*********n l*ws. Until then, pound sand if you don’t like it.

The law says refugees can present themselves to officals and request political asylum and that they will have the request heard in court and that they will not be returned until the case is determined.

ILLEGAL = They DID NOT ENTER THIS COUNTRY LEGALLY.
What they should do is turn them around and send them back over the border immediately.
This is nonsense letting them in and wait around for a court date. We owe them NOTHING! Kick them out immediately. There is a correct way to enter this country. I know that is difficult for slow people to understand but think it over a year or two.
