Thank you for the important info, BearK. Imagine where we'd be if HRC had won and slanted SCOTUS even further left? And of course we're hearing about needing to "expand" the number of justices so that the next Democrat to win the Presidency can nullify what President Trump has accomplished. I wish RBG no ill will, but I'm counting the days until she retires or expires so that we can solve the Anthony Kennedy problem. And I say that because I want SCOTUS to decide it's cases constitutionally, rather than based on emotion or how things need to change in order to follow a progressive agenda.
Just had another thought. This reminds me of what's going on in congress now. Who reads the voluminous bills presented any more? It's mostly staff, since the politicians are forever fund-raising. Of course if you're a Democrat, you just wait for the memo from Schulosi, right? How often does the congressperson v**e with a full understanding of the bill in question? I'm betting it's a really low number. It's time we got back to what the situation should be.
