61-year-old surrogate gives birth to baby for her son and his husband

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — A 61-year-old Nebraska woman who served as a surrogate mother for her son and his husband has given birth to a baby girl.

Matthew Eledge and Elliot Dougherty were talking about becoming parents when Eledge’s mother and Dougherty’s sister offered to help.

The article goes on to state the following:

Cecile Eledge was 60 at the time and had gone through menopause, but she was approved as a surrogate after extensive screening. Dougherty’s sister was the egg donor, and after doctors used Eledge’s sperm to fertilize the egg, the embryo was implanted.

Is this in-vitro incest? His sister's egg, her brother's sperm & their biological mother receives the fertilized eggs implanted in her uterus to developed to term. I can see ( I think)
That the (surrogate) is the grandma to the baby.b ut is she also the mother having given birth? Now are the " biological " parents the
Brother & sister but also the 1/2 sister& 1/2
Brother to the baby since their biological mother gave birth to this baby? I would h**e to be the estate attorney to settle large sums of money to this family & decide who is who to whom

I feel sorry for the baby involved, reminds me--how are the so called children of Michael Jackson doing in their life. I never thought they would have a chance of a normal life.

I heard about this yesterday. It doesn't get much more bizarre than this; a woman giving birth to her own grand daughter. I respect the efforts to have kids but I don't actually think it was mean for gay men to conceive anything.
