I heard about a few weeks ago on a Q post. Twitter was messing with him and now he has proof and is going after them. I think he'll win.

It's a frivolous law suit, just like blaming Trump for Russian interference. Funny how the tables are turned.

I think this about sums it up:
"Alleging "shadow-banning conservatives" to influence 2018 midterm e******ns, Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., has filed a lawsuit over $250 million against Twitter and a handful of its users".
Okay, so he says that a privately owned company refused to provide him and his friends a platform on which to announce their intentions, while allowing others to do so.

Unfair? Yes, of course it is, but the owners of Twitter are under no obligation to allow anyone to use their platform for any purpose, or no purpose at all, and for any reason, or no reason at all. Because it's their platform!

The question of whether he has any standing to sue the Twitter users he names in the suit is for a judge to decide, based on the evidence submitted.

Bottom line? No, I haven't heard a peep about it, and doubt I will, because it is going nowhere.

Seems Twitter / Google / Face Book all lean to the far left and can't stand to hear the other side and will do everything they can to control and shut down free speech !

Maybe. No doubt if we know about this, then the Feds have been following it for longer. If there's any 'there' there, that just might be sufficient to clean up their act. Wait and see.

You're right Twitter, Facebook, etc. are private companies and have a right to decide who can use their platform. That's why they have a terms of use policy to establish what the rules are for using their platform. As long as you don't violate the terms of use, they shouldn't be allowed to discriminate against you through shadow banning or deplatforming you. That said, they shouldn't be allowed to discriminate against someone because they don't agree with their beliefs. It is like a restaurant deciding they don't want to serve someone because of their race, religion, g****r, or national origin.
The left believe that they can force bakers to bake cakes for same-sex marriages, women/girls have to be admitted to men/boys organizations, etc. What's fair for one is fair for all.
