Should Trump-Russia Collusion Accusers Face Consequences if Mueller Probe Reveals None?
By BarbWire - March 23, 2019

In many aspects of America today, a person can be held legally liable for making false accusations about someone.

Usually, if someone commits slander (spoken lies) or libel (written lies) about someone, they can be taken to civil court and sued for defamation of character.

Many Democrats have been accusing President Donald Trump, both verbally and in written word, of having colluded with Russia to influence the e******n.

If the Mueller investigation turns up to no evidence to support any collusion against Trump, should those Democrats face legal consequences for their slanderous and/or libelous actions?

Real Clear Politics – Tucker Carlson: There Must Be “Consequences” For Those Claiming Russian Collusion if Mueller Report Shows None – Tucker Carlson called for consequences for those who pushed the Trump-Russian collusion narrative if the report by special counsel Robert Mueller shows none in a monologue delivered on the Thursday broadcast of his FOX News show.

TUCKER CARLSON, FOX NEWS: Various news outlets are telling us the Mueller report is finally on its way. We have no inside information on that, though we should say the White House believes it, too. When Mueller’s report does arrive, it will go first to the attorney general. There isn’t much debate about what should happen next. Democrats have demanded the release of the entire document. The president agrees with them. He’s said he’d like to see the report go public, so that v**ers can assess for themselves. Of course we’ll bring you that when it happens.

For now, we’d like to take a second to put this entire, sprawling story in perspective. Our job on this show is to remember things, to create a record of what’s happened in this country over the past few years, and what’s happened to it. Our grandchildren will want to know. If the left has its way, they will never see the details. It will all be whitewashed, like so much else in our history. So let’s recall, for the record, what the Robert Mueller investigation is about, why we got a special counsel in the first place…

The first person that should be held liable for lying about Trump is former British spy Christopher Steele.

Steels has just admitted that he heavily relied upon unverified information that members of the public freely posted on a CNN hosted webpage.

Then Fusion GPS, the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee should be held liable for the lies of collusion.

Next should be those in the FBI who used Steele’s lies to obtain the FISA warrant to spy on a member of the Trump campaign in Trump Tower.

Then something should be done to hold accountable all of the Democrats and Republicans who repeated the collusion lies along with the media who still continues to push the lie.

Take good heart:

Now that Mueller has delivered his report to DOJ, the OIG will be releasing his next installment.

FISA-GATE.

Pure ignorance, Mueller has indicted dozens of people, Russians included, who were involved in colluding with Russia in an array of ways.

The real question is whether a sitting president can be indicted, collusion isn't a crime per se, but it is something that certainly can be impeachable. Manafort, Paige, Cohen, and others were involved with Russia, it remains to be seen whether Mueller tied Trump to any of it.

The scope of the investigation covers Russian interference, and Mueller came up with that in spades.

Trump no doubt feels vindicated, and with just what we have seen in indictments and plea deals he is anything but.

Mueller's mandate was to investigate the extent of Russian involvement in our e******n, and to see IF any members of the Trump apparatus coordinated or cooperated with foreign Nationals. As there is no such crime as "collusion", it's a given that none will be found - however - the question remains as to whether any counter intelligence issues will be reported, including obstruction of justice.

It may be a little premature to pop the champagne.

Yes, they have continually slandered the president of the United States and he should have the opportunity to prosecute each and every one of them to the fullest extend of the law. They should also be charged in obstruction of interfering with the performance of his duties like Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Shumers bull crap each and every day.
