Oh boy. Flounder is my favorite salt water fish to eat, crappy with catfish a close second fresh water fish. Yes, I enjoyed eating fish more than catching them. Sorry, hope that doesn't shock you. Where I live fresh fish is hard to buy so mainly fished for food. Still enjoyed the fishing though. My late wife enjoyed stripped bass for eating. As far as my fishing went, the wife always enjoyed my trips to the water. Eating so much fish is probably why I have lived so long. No, I'm not oriental. I'm equal amounts of French, Irish, English, and German. Don't feel sorry for me as I lived a great life that was/is full of love and fun. Thank God for women and fish. (Even when they both smell the same on rare occasions.) Sorry lady's, but I'm compelled to try to be humorous in my typing. Don't be angry as I love you all. You have made my life most enjoyable; in fact without you there would be no life.

Lakes are starting to melt but still not ready for fishing... Can’t ice fish either too unstable...At least not here, the mountains still have plenty of snow..
