Nicolás Maduro was elected into office, but has since governed as a dictator and does need to be removed, but by their own people. Hopefully, that will happen. Right now the US and Russia are once again on opposite sides trying to win favor with this country for once again the fight for oil, which we need to find alternatives for and end the world's oil dependence cycle.
