R****m and bigotry was almost a relic of the past until Obama took office. He lit a fire under it and then pour on gasoline. And money was then funneled to protest groups. Cops acted stupidly, Trevon Martin, Baltimore hands up don't shoot, B*M, and A****a. All occurred on Obama's watch. Why, the history whitewash? Or is it just what lefties do?

He didn't light the fire--unfortunately that fire has always existed in America and sadly has never gone out.

Not as familiar with the presidency of Obama...
Would it be fair to say that he 'fanned the flames'?

He ignited the embers. No question about it. And his party enabled him.

I had a nasty case of the flu. Didn't feel like doing much. I've also become active with anti late term a******n groups, and am still active with school reform and foster child welfare. So haven't been on much. How is all on the other side of the world?

Good for you inyour activism. The a******n issue is the scourge of not only this country, but of the world. Human life has been relegated to the whims of the so called
Choice and is being exploited for massive financial gain by Planned Parenthood.
If it can’t be stopped, we should at the least, follow Mississippi’s lead that stops the use of a******n when the heartbeat is acknowledged.

Don't you know, CD, anything negative thing in the world that happens is laid at Prez Trump's door. We've gone beyond the U.S. now because despite the best efforts of some things are improving here.

I don’t think that the actions of any country trying to protect their sovereignty is a negative. I applaud them for their concern, and if they are taking their lead from Trump, he should be very proud.

He may not have started the fire, but he surely stoked it and also threw gasoline on the fire for anti police actions. If he ever did anything praiseworthy for America, it was overshadowed by all the harm he caused, not only to this country, but to the world.

The timing suggests that Trump can claim a lot of the credit for these countries standing up for their sovereignty.

I like to think of it as "The Trump Effect."

Remember the great reception he received when he visited Poland, for example, and note also that some of these same countries are following President Trump's lead in upping their relations with Israel.

He is fulfilling a role that POTUSes were once known for, "Leader of the Free World."

That just shows the lack of intelligence and many other sensibilities they should possess.
