I'm never lonely! I have my dog, my gun, and the rasp that I use to smooth out the callouses on my knuckles! My wife cut her hair short so I can't d**g her around with me anymore, but that's Ok, she was always kind grumpy when I took her places before.

This is r****ded! Like I asked Woodguru the other day. If someone is k**led by a drunk driver, should the family be able to sue Ford, Jack Daniels, the liquor distributor, and the store that sold it? After all, they all took part in selling a product to a drunk driver.

In many instances they can, and do. 38 states have dram shop acts that allow such suits. When dodge challengers are advertised doing monster burnouts on a city street it obviously encourages someone into street racing to buy the cars. When this knucklehead then mows someone down dodge shares part of the responsibility for egging on the wreckless behavior. The Remington ad did not advertise the weapons accuracy or dependability it pimped it as a path to “manhood” both the advertisment and the look of the weapon was designed specifically to appeal to unbalanced men who feel they need such a thing to prove their masculinity.

Basically your premise is - people are stupid and they need the government to save them from their stupidity. No one needs to exercise any self discipline or discernment.

Oh, it's hair alright! She combines the hair from my ears, and nose into a rope, and takes me where she wants me to go!

I currently have a cut on my thumb from a sharp edge on a Toyota forklift. Should I sue them?
This is ridiculous.

I cut my hand on the lid of a soup can and have already started my suit against Campbells.

Don't forget to sue the maker of the can opener as well.

If the label on the can was paper, the printer should be sued for not putting a warning on the label, as well.

No, they need the government and courts to protect them the stupidity of others and corporate greed that exploits that stupidity.

If some jackass is convinced by an ad to buy a 700 HP car and street race the thing then mows someone down in the process the people run over deserve protection from the i***t and the corporation that enabled and encouraged him. Our socoiety has many i***ts without self control or common sense and plenty of corporations to egg them on to make profit and we all suffer for it.
