The only way for that to be true is the use of a different metric for 'mass shootings' for Obama than the other presidents, as Snopes pointed out.

I agree with your general point that Presidents themselves have very little impact on the issue.

Understand...But there is list of Presidents that had mass shootings too...I couldnt isolate just that list ,so i posted the article that had that list...

And what 'different criteria' did he walk and talk? The only difference I can tell is that Obama could articulate a sentence and he didn't need to lie every third word in that sentence.
