(Big League Politics) – The Murdoch-owned Fox News network has decided to shelve Judge Jeanine Pirro’s television show this week, after Pirro questioned Islam’s compatibility with the U.S. Constitution in a segment on Democrat congresswoman Ilhan Omar, an avowed anti-Semite.

Variety reports: “Fox News Channel replaced tonight’s broadcast of Jeanine Pirro’s weekly program with a repeat episode of its documentary series “Scandalous,” just days after the 21st Century Fox-owned cable-news network said it condemned remarks the outspoken host made about Minnesota Democrat Ihan Omar.”

Fox News did not choose to provide an explanation to Variety for their report.

Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?”

The bold part says that we have the right to practice our religion. A civil right ensures a person's right to engage in the civil and political life of a society, while the 1st amendment ensures a constitutional right to speak freely, to choose your religion, and to practice that religion without interference from from the government.
This includes Islam. So, whose rights were violated here? Was it Omar because Judge Jeanine said some things that turns out were true? Free speech does not cover slander, but speaking the t***h is not slander. Or was it Jeanine's right to free speech? A label was stamped on her monologue that clearly was not true, as Jeanine was speaking the t***h. Jeanine has no phobia. The phobia belongs to Fox.
