I seem to not get my posts saved . My point, the citizenship question is not needed because we already have the data from the ACS survey. A large non response will be very expensive.causing millions of census takers to k ock on doors

Because of California. The Ninth Circuit ruled the question improper. You see, the California Congressional delegation is overwhelmingly Democrat. The number of Representatives is determined by population. Most of California's wetbacks live in Democrat controlled districts. If California's 2-4 million wetbacks are counted as residents then California is entitled to more [Democrap] Representation in the House.
